Repurpose

Do you have any old ratty t-shirts hanging around in your clothes stash?  Make a necklace/scarf by repurposing them.  Here is one I did:

Snip the seam off the bottom (and discard), and then cut remaining fabric into strips. You will only be able to cut up to the armpit.  Obviously, the larger the shirt, the longer the pieces will be. Tug on the pieces to make them roll in.

The t-shirt's that have no side seam make the smoothest cords.  I however, like the messy look and like to have the seams break up the cord every so often.

Cheap jewelry!!  You can do all one color or mix it up like I did.  Wear a few, or a lot.  Double them up for a neck warmer too!

WAY CUTE! I really want to do that now. I will take shirts of Stevie's that he doesn't use (well that often):) and cut them up! I absolutely love it! I love the pictures of the trip and the snow! I bet Kevin was very proud to be the hero of the day, way to go Kev! Looks like a lot of fun! PS. AGAIN DON'T HAVE TO MUCH FUN WITHOUT ME THIS WEEKEND!

Cool idea I really like the pic where you doubled them up. Looking pretty sassy with that hair of yours I had no idea that it was that long. Looking good!
