I get excited to see my kids getting joy out of the same things I did when I was a kid. My Dad makes the best mashed potatoes ever! Buttery, creamy, and just Mmmmm!
If we were lucky, we would get a beater to lick after he was done whipping them up. It was something I looked forward to. My kids now enjoy the same thing. They LOVE mashed potatoes. I think it's right up there with brownie batter.
