Yes! It is Book Fair Week at the kids school. They have been working like dogs (happily, I might add) the last 2 days earning money for the things they want. Brityn has her heart set on a diary. You know, the kind that locks. I know for absolute certain she wants it for the little heart shaped lock and tiny safety pin sized key that comes with it. It is $9.00. I thought this was a little pricey, but she is happily earning every penny. Corbin wants a Sponge Bob book and a Captain Underpants action figure. I have my own little sweatshop vibe going on. Love, love, love, Book Fair Week.

I remember book fair week. This was the time when you stocked up on all of the presents for mom and dad. you give them mugs and pens that say "#1 MOM", or "#1 Dad". I loved book fair week.
That is so true! How funny! I remember the cool pencils with the string that had a dangling puffy sticker attached. You were so not cool unless you had one of those, especially during math facts.
Oh how nice it will be when I have kids in school. I can't wait until I can benefit from Book Fair week. My favorite thing about the Book Fair was the bookmarks. They also had the fun tassels on the end.
We just finished our Book Fair too! I love the spring book fair because ours is buy one book get one free book.(or poster, or diary, etc..) A great deal unless you have 3 kids! Hope they get what they are working for!
