Rocky mountian high, high, high, Colorado

I have had a breakthrough!  You know when something is on the tip of your tongue and you just can't come up with it?  And then at the oddest time, usually days, or even weeks later it hits you. Well that has happened to me twice this week.  The answers finally came.  My piano teachers husbands name (I knew it wasn't Grant), and who that little Bindi Irwin girl reminded me of.  She just looked so familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on it.  Well, feast your eyes on these photos.  Thats, right!  I'm just saying they look eerily alike.  Don't you think?

Hey Tiffany, Lyndsay (Johansen) here. I had to de-lurk to wholeheartedly agree with you on the Bindi-John connection. Maybe this will make it so Bindi weirds me out less. I'm not counting on it.

Hey Lyndsay! I was a little worried posting these pics that no one would know who John Denver was. The Johansen girls never let me down :0)

I saw John Denver's picture next to your list of favorite people and I about fell off my chair. I thought you were posting those pictures because they qualify as some of your favorite people and I wondered if I was on the right blogspot. I know how you feel about John Denver, at least how you use to feel about him.
I can't believe how much they look alike. That is weird.
And yes, I figured out the favorite people list was you blog list.

Ryan said you can add a troll doll to the mix and you've got triplets.

They look so similar, in fact, that those two should not occupy the same space--wasn't it you who was completely torn apart by a made-for-t.v. movie with Melissa Gilbert with a similar theme?

Pleeeease tell me you know what I'm talking about--and if you remember the movie, please blog about it.

In any case, you get a big standing ovation from me for making the connection between them!

I am still haunted by that movie! I see that in addition it has also made a lasting impression on you. I know I am not going to spell this correctly but "doubleganger" or something like that? And note to all.....I do have a slight distaste for John Denver. It has mellowed..in that it no longer makes me aggressively angry to hear his name, hear his music, or see his picture. Actually, thanks to Snow College and some rather twisted gentleman friends, I do have one fond memory tied to John.

Do tell about the John Denver memory from Snow!

What the hell!! I think John Denver has great music. What about Calypso!, and Grandmother's Feather Bed! Country Roads, and many others!! He got me through many a graveyard!! And through many sleeping sessions after graveyard. He's right up there almost with Neil Diamond!! SO THERE!!!

Your loving father, "the Daddy!"
