Big brothers rock!

Sunday, while I was preparing dinner, Corbin exploded through the back door, jumping up and down, and muttering something about a bike and Boston.  My first thought was that Boston was hurt, but Corbin was smiling and obviously very excited.

He told me to come outside he wanted to show me something.  To my amazement he had taught Boston how to ride a bike!!  Boston does have problems turning and stopping.  His little legs aren't quite long enough to reach the ground yet, but he can balance just fine as long as he is going in a straight line.  He is well on his way.

I got choked up a little realizing what a loving brother Corbin is.  He takes enough interest in his little brother to teach him something, and then got so excited when he mastered it.

After a few spills, Corbin took Boston upstairs and came back down with him decked out in this.

Knee pads, and shin guards.  All set!

Throughout the course of the above pictures I had a little girl who kept riding back and forth in front of the frame with a smile plastered on that cute little face!  I only had 2 pictures she wasn't front and center in.  Finally, I had to politely tell her that I needed a shot of the boys, and THEN I would take her picture.  So here she is.

Sunday nap hair and all!

So sweet. I really cherish moments like that, too. Harrison taught Hannah how to ride a bike and tie her shoes. I just wish he could be sweet like that ALL the time.

Thats nice that Corbin would teach Boston how to ride a bike. I loved that Boston came in after a few falls and padded himself up for more falls. Taija just would have given up after the first fall. I guess that is the difference between girls and boys

I can't believe he can ride a bike. He's too little. Ask Corbin is he can come and teach Chloe to ride. What a great teacher and an awesome older brother.
