Thanks Burt

Oct 2010:
Burt (whom I've never met, but picture as a rosy cheeked farmer with white hair and jean overalls) has a very large pumpkin farm called: Burt's Pumpkin Farm, located in North Georgia.  It is a fun place where there are pumpkins as far as you can see in every variety possible.  Also, if you stand in line for 1 1/2 hours, and pay $15 a piece, you can get on a flat bed trailer that has bales of hay on it and take a loop around the farm.  Total trip time: 15 min,  total waste of time: 15 min.  My kids saw the line and were immediately convinced they were missing out.  Luckily it got pretty hot, and they were thirtsy and took the option of a $1 can of soda over the hay ride.  Kevin and I both looked at each other and chalked up a point for our team :)

We had a great time!!
