It was so great to see Michael appear at the top of the escalator!! We starting cheering for him and everyone around us wondered what in the world was going on. Those crazy Mormons!
I didn't get very many pictures because I just was just so happy to see everyone so happy he was home. It was one of those times you just want to sit back and enjoy instead of worrying about pictures. The kids helped make some welcome posters. They were so excited to see Uncle Michael. They didn't want to leave his side.
Michael didn't know so many of us were going to be there (Mom and Dad, Me, Kevin & kids, Amber, Aut & Crew, Age, & Monique. He was really surprised!

That IS an awesome day!!! Soo happy for your family...makes me nervous about my son going!! Did he come to Atlanta...or are you in SLC the day before the baptism??
He is here in Atlanta and will fly home with my parents on Monday!
Every time I see missionary airport homecomings, I'm reminded of the movie The RM. Did you ever see it? He dreams of getting off the plane like a rockstar with all his friends and family cheering and clapping with posters. (But what actually happens is his family forgets when he is coming home, so nobody's at the airport when he gets there!) Michael looks a little like a rockstar!!!! How fun.
