Birthday Extravaganza

My little man is 5!  We celebrated all day!  It was just us two for the morning.  First we stopped into the shoe store to pick out the Sketchers he's been wanting for months.  Then we went to lunch at the Atlanta Bread Company.  Boston had a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and a strawberry smoothie.  Following that, we headed next door to get an ice cream cone.  

Because he had been so sick the day before (and woke up this morning still not feeling well), he missed his Easter party at school.  Fox decided to gather Boston's eggs for him and set up a little Easter egg hunt in our backyard for Bost.  It was so sweet!  Boston had such a great time finding all of his eggs.

Next we had a baseball game, and finally headed to chic fil a for dinner.  It was a great day!

Boston is a sweet boy (and actually that is Kevin's nick name for him) and has such a tender heart.  He especially hates it when his older brother is angry or irritated with him.  He will say, "Mom, Corbin isn't smiling at me!!"  He LOVES baseball, and spends his time playing pretend baseball games with himself.  Other favs include pasta, rice, pretzels, pineapple, airplanes, big trucks, GUM, and Thomas the Train.  Happy Birthday Son!  We love you!
