We didn't realize how long of a hike it was going to be and we all wore flip flops (even though we had tennis shoes in the car).

How stinking fun!!! I love traveling.. maybe cuz I didn't as a child and I think it's so awesome that you can give your kids that extra little "culture." You are a way better mom than I because we have opted in the past to leave them home!! They look like they had a blast. The rainforest looks totally awesome!!! I am sure it's a trip they will never forget!
Truly the best parents ! I can't imagine going anywhere without my kids! It is so fun!!
