I feel like I need to apologize in advance because most of these vacation pictures have very little varation: Kevin near the ocean. Kevin near the boat. Me near the ocean. Me near the boat. Both of us near the ocean. Both of us near the boat. You get the idea.

This is the very spot where Kevin and I got fried crisp.
A little message to our kiddies.
We went snorkeling and saw several sting rays. I guess we were invading their space and one of them came after us. Shortly after that, Kevin was floating on his back in shallow water facing me on shore, a shark (It was about 2 feet in length) swam up behind him. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! I said, "Kev, there is something coming up behind you". I could have sold tickets to the show that followed. I have never seen Kev move that fast. Probably never will again. All the splashing and commotion scared the shark and he bolted out of there.
We were going to take these shells home as souvenirs, but I couldn't bring myself to remove the occupants from there home. See the little guy in the middle making a run for it?
It felt like we were on our own private island.
The water was still waist deep at least 50 yards out. You could have probably walked to that island in the distance. That is crazy!

So relaxing. They also had nature trails to hike. We went on one nature trail and after hearing a big rustle in the bushes, you will never believe what came out onto the trail in front of us.......chickens. I thought it was hilarious, just because that was the last thing I was expecting. Anyway, we skipped the island BBQ. Didn't feel right.
Coco Cay was our favorite part of the trip. It was awesome!!

Sounds like a blast:) and I would have paid the big bucks to see the show! I was laughing pretty hard, that is your number one fear and it happened to Kevin! I'm glad that you guys had a lot of fun!

So fun!!! I want to go on another cruise someday. One of the best vacations I have ever been on.
Cruises are just a little bit of heaven. Too bad the food wasn't too great we have been lucky I guess. I am glad you braved the water because I fear sharks and we didn't participate in any snorkeling because I was a party pooper. Kevin's experience just proves you won't be seeing me in the water anytime soon!
Loved the pictures. It's nice to see what the island actually looked like...when we went on our cruise, we never got to go to Coco Cay. It was WAY too choppy...sigh. Maybe another time.
I am so jealous! It looks like you guys had so much fun!!!!!! Troy and I are going on a cruise next year in Feb. and I am alredy counting down the days!!!!!! How are you doing? Are you coming to Utah anytime soon? If so call me lets do lunch.
