My awesome parents had 32 people over for dinner and fit everyone in the dining room! My favorite was the homemade stuffing, and the kids loved......
the snow!! We had a picture perfect Thanksgiving evening! It snowed just enough for everyone to get a taste. The minute it flurried we ran to get the Christmas music.
Then we went up north to be with Kevin's parents and while in Wal-Mart, we saw this Star Wars figure made entirely of LEGOS!! (notice the shock and awe on Corbin's face).
I threatened my kids not to touch, because it's just our luck that one slight touch of their finger and the whole thing would come crashing down. As I stepped back to snap a picture, one of my really good minders stepped up and gave the guys leg a quick swipe up and down......and then ran for his life.
We visited Thanksgiving Point. We were there early in the morning and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The kids got to sit on Santa's (NO WAITING IN LINE) lap. All except Boston. He is still fearful of the jolly man in red. The best part is the pictures were FREE!!
It was a beautiful morning, and the kids had a great time.
Later that evening we went back to see the lights (the drive thru light display). The kids loved it! They had this fire pit to warm up by. When I saw it, the song: "We are not homeless, homeless, like the Christ child was", got stuck in my head for the rest of the night.
Then, the kids got to see the coolest thing.......
REAL REINDEER!! They were so amazed!
Grandpa Wade held a paper plane tutorial, and Grandma Wade made a whole Thanksgiving dinner by herself!! That was amazing. My favorite part? The homemade stuffing. We also went to see High School Musical 3 (now I wouldn't really consider this a highlight, but for memories sake, I guess I need to include it).
We had a great, long, fun, Thanksgiving vacation! Now it's back to the real world, boo hoo.

How fun...looks like a great holiday.
I really like the firepit but I'm jealous about the snow. I miss that first snowfall of the year. I don't really miss the snowfalls after that but that first snowfall is so pretty. HSM 3 well at least you had some great stuffing.
It's so sad when these fun holidays are over. We hate that part! Looks like you had a fun trip. Wish we would've been over there and could've gotten together! Let me know when you come again!
glad you had a great time!
The tongues waiting for snow to land is PRICELESS! Great memories for you all!
Your kids are sure growing up....we miss you guys! I thought of you when we were in Price a couple of weeks ago. Glad you were able to come out and visit your family for thanskgiving! Tell Brityn I love her long hair. Cute.
It looks like yall were very busy on your trip!Im glad yall had a great Thanksgiving!
How awesome that you can all get together. A big family with people living all over the US, I think that must be rare. Lucky parents.
32 people in the dining room, don't you love big families. Ty's family is huge so on the off years we have around 25. On the years when everyone is there from out of town he hit around 50. I heart homemade stuffing. Next time you come to visit lets plan all getting together. Your mom looks cool, calm and collected in that picture considering she feed 32, I need to know the secret.
How fun!!! We were at Thanksgiving Point the same night!!! We just threw the kids in the car in their PJs not knowing that the reindeer was going to be there. We didn't get them out because the didn't have shoes on but we are hoping that reindeer doesn't go too far!!! How stinkin fun! Glad you had a great Thanksgiving!
Looks like a great time was had by all, I wish we could have been there.
It's so fun to see pics of your parents. I will always remember the Thanksgivings at the Streams house and than going to Salt Lake the next day to see the lights at temple square and trying to not get lost or seperated from each other!
